1. Do you ship to P.O. boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or anywhere outside of the U.S.?

We don't ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or anywhere else outside of the U.S.. We only ship within the United States of America.


2. Can I call to make an order?

No. We don't accept phone, mail, or fax orders. You need to go to, choose a product or two and then checkout following the steps. 


3. How do you ship items?

Some of the items we ship via UPS Ground or FedEx, and others such as large products we ship via SAIA or YRC. 


4. When should I expect the delivery?

Shipping time varies depending on your location on the map of the U.S..  Anyway, you are going to receive your order in 2 to 8 business days.


5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the amount we get charged by the manufacturer to deliver the product to you straight from the warehouse.


6. What is the sales tax?

There isn't a sales tax on any of our products.


7. How can I pay for my order?

You can pay via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.


8. How do I know if you received my order or not?

You are going to get a confirmation e-mail from after placing the order. We are also going to notify you when your item is shipped. 


9. Can I return?

Yes, you can return your item if you meet the conditions stated in our Return Policy.

10. What if we shipped a wrong item?

We try our best to complete your orders correctly but if we accidentally shipped a wrong item, we will replace it with the correct item as soon as possible.
